A. St. Mary's School admits students of any race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally available at school.
B. Parents must accept and uphold the philosophy and mission statement of our Catholic school as part of their child's education.
C. Kindergarten children must be five (5) years of age on or before Dec. 1 of the entering year.
D. First grade children must be six (6) years of age on or before Dec. 1 of the entering year.
E. Pre-School children must be three (3) years and Pre-K children must be four (4) years of age on or before Dec. 1 of the entering year.
F. Catholics who are registered and active parishioners must submit a letter of commitment from their pastor to the principal. Families may be registered at any of the surrounding Catholic parishes.
G. Any student who transfers from St. Mary’s School to any local public school may not return to St. Mary’s during the current school year. Re-registration will be considered for the following year.
H. The following is required before final acceptance of any student:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
3. Proof of Immunizations
4. All new students require a health appraisal (physical) to be on record in the School's Health Office. Form must be dated and signed by your child's health care provider. The examination must be within the 12 months prior to start of the school year. Information must be received within 30 days of the start of school.
5. Non-Refundable Family Registration Fee
6. Tuition Contract - completed and signed.
